lemon juice
2 tbsp
grated horseradish
salt
pepper

  1. Grate cabbage, carrot, apple and beetroot on a grater that creates noodles. Add lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Put the salad in the refrigerator so that the cabbage and beetroot release their juice.
  3. Serve well chilled.
  4. If you feel like having a sweet and sour dressing, add a spoonful of honey or some other sweetener. Sometimes I also add ginger, which is very beneficial to health, and sometimes cayenne pepper, which really heats you up.
