Wash the cauliflower, divide it into smaller florets, which should be cooked in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain the cooked florets and immediately rinse them under running cold water.
In a larger bowl, mix finely grated cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic, and ground paprika, and in a second bowl, thoroughly beat the eggs.
Prepare a baking sheet with a baking paper, and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
Firstly, coat the cauliflower florets in egg and then in a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs. Place it on a baking paper and bake in a preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 390 °F / 200 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
