White chocolate, coconut and nuts. A great triple combo that you can't go wrong with. I also brought these balls to work for a tasting and since everyone confirmed that this is a great thing, I would like to share it with you. Definitely give it a try.

  1. This procedure is very simple. Mix ground biscuits, nuts, cocoa, sugar and marmalade into a uniform mass. Form walnut-sized balls and put them in the fridge for a while.
  2. Melt the white chocolate over steam together with the butter - stir until the mixture comes together and remove from the heat. Stir in the coconut and let it cool.
  3. When the mass is almost solid, form it into smaller balls, such as walnut balls.
  4. Make a patty from the walnut ball in the palm of your hand, put the white ball in the centre and wrap it.
  5. Wrap the finished ball in coconut or, if you want, you can also dip it in melted chocolate.
