Recipe Unbaked tricolor chocolate slices

Unbaked tricolor chocolate cake. Cookies, milk cream, cookies again and delicious whipped cream on top. What do you say? I made them for the second time to great success. The first plate disappeared in a few minutes, everyone got away with two pieces, and we enjoyed the second one so much that it was left on the baking sheet for about half an hour longer. :D I highly recommend it, it's super sweet, super tasty and it doesn't even need to be baked. Just let it cool in the fridge and you can serve it.

Preparation time
  1. Prepare an approx. 10 x 12 in' baking form, the bottom of which you will line with cookies. Cover with condensed milk (either buy caramelized one or boil classic condensed milk for approx. 3 hours in water) and smooth it nicely. Layer the cookies again.
  2. Bring 1 cup of milk to a boil and mix sugar, flour and potato starch in the second cup. When the milk boils, add the second half of the mixture while stirring constantly and cook a thick mass, which you leave to cool.
  3. Beat the butter into a foam and gradually add the cooled milk mass. Layer on the cookies and smooth it out nicely. Layer another round of cookies.
  4. Whip the whipping cream together with the stabilizer and sugar into a stiff foam. Layer on the cookies and smooth it out nicely. Put it in the fridge and let it harden. (If you want to have a completely solid cream layer - add 1 pack of powdered gelatin - but it is optional.)
  5. Decorate the top with grated chocolate and serve. Enjoy!
